Your Weather Project:

You will be expected to complete a weather project as you work through this site.

1. Explore Weather Folklore and the Weather.
2. Print out a weather journal.  Click here.
3. Complete a  journal page daily.
4. Select a weather instrument to construct. Print out directions for your instrument.
5. Construct your weather instrument.
6. Using your weather instrument record data in your journal for 5 days.
7. Record your data on the classroom weather chart.
8. Compare the actual weather to your prediction and record how accurate you were in your journal.
9. At the end of the project you and your team will demonstrate your instrument and compare how accurate it is as compared to the actual readings recorded by the group who monitored several weather Web sites.
