You are to first download the  2 worksheets from this website to use in recording your answers.  The answers to complete the worksheets can be found by clicking on the red apple to link to the needed website.

On the blank pyramid you are to fill in the correct name for each section of the pyramid and
give the recommended number of servings for that section.

What Counts As A Serving Worksheet

On the worksheet chart What Is A Serving?  you are to find 3 examples of foods found in that section of the pyramid and how much of that food would count as a serving.
